Delete your eWc MATs account

eWc MATs is provided by Ekakar Wellbeing Creation Private Limited. You can delete your account in the app, or on this page if you no longer have the app.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open the eWc MATs app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Account & privacy.
3. Review the details and tap Send OTP to continue.
4. Enter the code sent to your registered mobile number and tap Delete my account.

Option 2: On this page

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email address and address.
• Your children's names, gender and APAAR ID.
• Your children's medical information.
• You are signed out of the app on every device.

What is kept, and why

Some records are kept after your account is deleted:

• Payment and invoice records, including the name shown on invoices, to meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
• Training records of your children, such as date of birth, attendance, belt and grading history, and certificates, so that our academies' records stay complete. After deletion, these records are no longer shown under your child's name in the app.
• Messages exchanged with trainers, and free-assessment bookings (including the name and WhatsApp number given when booking), for record-keeping.

We keep these records only for a limited period, for as long as needed for these legal, compliance and record-keeping purposes, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to remove messages or free-assessment booking details sooner by emailing connect@ewcgroup.in.

Memberships

If you have an active membership, it ends when your account is deleted. The remaining days are not refunded.
